The Center for Civic Education, in collaboration with the Conejo Valley Unified School District, is offering a series of classes for adults on the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The classes are free, as well as the textbook We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution, and a pocket Constitution, "American Legacy." The classes are taught by Robert Leming, the National Director of We the People: The Citizen and Constitution, a program of the Center for Civic Education.The classes began on Wednesday, November 2 at 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. once a week through December 14 (except November 23). Classes are held in Conference “Room F” at the District Office, 1400 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks. map
